RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
• Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Exchanges may be offered for defective or damaged items.

3. How to Request a Return

• Email our customer support at info@collevowellness.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Samples, promotional items, and bulk orders are final sale.
