SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
• Subscription orders are automatically processed based on the chosen frequency.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (extra charge applies)

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
• Free shipping may be available for bulk or subscription orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
• You can track your package via the courier service’s website.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• Collévo Wellness is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services.
• If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping options will be available soon.
